What are New HP TS Support Packages?
- A focused programme to drive service attach & differentiate HP service offerings
- A tiered set of HP Care Pack Services that greatly simplify HP's portfolio for ESSN Products
- Packages contain existing HP Care Pack Services, plus the Critical Advantage Service
What are the types of support packages?
There are three types of HP TS Support Packages for each product category (ISS, BCS, SWD and HPN):
„Optimized Care“ – is the most robust, typically for customers who require Proactive Services to improve the performance of their IT environment and/or to avoid downtime
„Standard Care“ – provides help for customers looking for improved performance and a committed response
„Basic Care“ – is for customers who require a committed response for support
What do these support packages contain?
- Deploy – Implementation and start up services
- Support – HW and SW services
- Manage - Proactive Services as appropriate for the products sold and the customer’s environment
What support package shall I propose?
We suggest that you always start the services discussion by introducing the Optimized package to your customer. Review the features and benefits of these service options. Only when this service level is too high for your customer’s needs, should you introduce the Standard service options. Position the Basic package as the HP minimum recommended support level.
