VOIP
Voice over IP biedt uw bedrijf vele voordelen, maar voor uw telefoniebeheer brengt het ook nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee. De beheerder van een traditionele telefonie-omgeving krijgt namelijk met IP en networking te maken en netwerkbeheerders moeten alle aspecten van telefonie onder de knie krijgen. Speciaal voor eindgebruikers organiseert Avnet daarom VOIP beheerdersworkshops. Deze workshops kunnen op diverse productlijnen verzorgd worden; denk bijvoorbeeld aan Innovaphone, Interactive Intelligence, Mitel en Spectralink. De workshops worden op locatie op uw eigen VOIP-omgeving verzorgd en worden helemaal op uw wensen afgestemd.
