Avnet Technology Solutions Signs Pan-European Distribution Agreement with General Dynamics Itronix

Avnet Technology Solutions, the solutions distribution leader and an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), and General Dynamics Itronix, a leading developer of wireless, rugged computing solutions, including rugged laptops, tablet PCs and Ultra Mobile PCs for mobile workers, today announced a pan-European distribution agreement.

The agreement enables Avnet to distribute the full GDI product portfolio of rugged mobile solutions, which are designed and tested in the world’s harshest environments. The products will be supplied through Avnet’s extensive network of business partners, including system developers and value-added resellers (VARs) throughout Europe, Turkey and Russia.
