NetApp Partner Services

NetApp has grown rapidly over the past few years due to a great blend of excellent technology and channel-friendly approach. This channel-friendly approach is emphasised by NetApp’s CDP and APSP channel services programs. Avnet Partner Services is a CDP (Contract Delivery Partner) to NetApp and as such provides NCDA and NCIE certified engineers and consultants to provide installation services on NetApp’s behalf. Avnet Partner Services is also an APSP (Authorised Professional Services Program) delivery partner and as such is able to provide its own installation services which NetApp fully supports. The two organisations have a close working relationship to ensure that the level of service is consistently high irrespective of which company delivers the service.

Avnet has a dedicated team focused on NetApp installation and consultancy services around the FASxxxx range, Management Software suite and HA solutions, together with complementary skills in Brocade, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, UNIX, Exchange and SQL server. Partner Services is able to provide a fully managed installation and consultancy service using the PRINCE2 Practitioners within its PMO (Project Management Office). Utilising these installation services will also provide an opportunity for your own team of service professionals to shadow the work and become self sufficient in your key areas of focus – allowing you to out-source any work outside of this core area to Avnet.

Avnet and NetApp have made significant joint investments in training and development over the past 12 months, and this now benefits NetApp channel partners who have a broader team of channel-only dedicated NetApp resource to help deliver projects.
