Avnet Technology Solutions are contracted with EMC to supply and support EMC approved Fibre Channel connectivity products from Emulex & Qlogic for EMC Symmetrix & CLARiiON customers throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa EMC Symmetrix, Connectrix and Clariion customers should be aware that the use of a non EMC qualified connectivity products in their EMC environment is not recommended by EMC and could make any support/maintenance more difficult. Avnet Technology Solutions is able to leverage on the interoperability testing by EMC to ensure that the right qualified connectivity solution is supplied for your customer's EMC environment.

24/7 Support
Avnet Technology Solutions have been contracted by EMC to provide support on EMC qualified HBA’s for connection to their Symmetrix and CLARiiON product lines. For customers requiring assistance with installation & configuration issues, in warranty failures and out of warranty repair of all EMC Symmetrix and CLARiiON qualified Fibre Channel Peripherals, the helpdesk should be contacted on the number below. Before calling the support line, please have the following information ready to assist us in providing the highest quality response.

• Part Type and serial number
• Firmware and driver in use
• Host type and Operating system
• EMC product connected to
• Nature of fault, with error descriptions, fault codes, logs .etc.
