Guide to Packaging

You should always keep original packaging materials, which should be used if you need to return a product to us.

In the case of hard disks, always return disks in anti-static and ESD protective packaging. Always use foam rubber to secure the disks. Foam chips and bubble wrap are not acceptable packaging materials.

Please note that returns may be rejected if found to be packaged incorrectly.
