Avnet Partner Portals
Our Partner Portal is your special gateway to doing business with Avnet Technology Solutions. Our world-class, information technology infrastructure closely aligns with our suppliers’ initiatives to automate the supply chain. This saves time and resources, and reduces errors, through the use of industry standards, software, best practices and proven methodologies.
The Partner Portal currently offers these tools and services
- Track your products in the delivery process via a tracking number
- Check your invoices and credit notes online
- Look up serial numbers of products.
To return goods that were delivered to you, request this online using our eRMA tool.
Accessing the Partner Portal
Only authorised and approved customers of Avnet Technology Solutions can access our Partner Portal with a login ID and password.
If you are an authorised and approved customer and would like access to Partner Portal contact your local Avnet Technology Solutions sales contact for your login ID and password.
LDI is not yet integrated into the e-portal and so it stays the same except that the order will now will get sent to Avnet’s ordering system. You can access it directly via http://avnet.license-desk.com and you can start using it straight away.
If you have a specially branded version of LDi, you will see no change at all.

LDi users: There will be no change to your existing username and password. For a short time you will have two usernames and passwords, one to use in the Avnet e-shop and the other to access LDi. We aim to rectify this as soon as possible so you will only need one set of credentials.
