9.5. Operating and Troubleshooting Juniper Networks Routers M/T
Code:
OTJNR
Overzicht:
The Operation and Troubleshooting of Juniper Networks Routers (OTJNR) course is an intermediate-level, instructor-led course that focuses on the operation and troubleshooting of Juniper Networks M-series and T-series platforms. This course exposes attendees to fault analysis procedures and troubleshooting techniques similar to those used by engineers in the Juniper Networks Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) to enable rapid problem determination and resolution. Please note that this course does not focus on configuration or on routing protocol operation/theory. The course allocates significant time for a variety of hands-on troubleshooting labs that focus on fault isolation and correction actions for M-series and T-series hardware, JUNOS software, interfaces and transmission lines, routing protocols, and the forwarding plane. The course also provides coverage of JTAC procedures and recommended best practices that assist in fault isolation. The three-day OTJNR class is the recommended prerequisite for attendance of the Introduction to Juniper Networks Routers (IJNR-M) class, which focuses on routing protocol theory and configuration.
Doelstellingen:• Overview of M-series and T-series Hardware • The JUNOS Software CLI • The M-series and T-series Troubleshooting Tool Kit • Hardware Troubleshooting • Software Troubleshooting • Interface Troubleshooting • Troubleshooting and Monitoring the Forwarding Plane • JTAC Procedures • Appendix: Platform Details
