Returns - Avnet Technology Solutions
Our customer returns service is second to none and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process is designed to make life as easy as possible for you. All warranty returns should be directed to us and we will guide you through them. You have two options to initiate the RMA process:
- Resellers need to complete the form and send it to us by email customerservice@avnet.com
- On receipt of the RMA request form we will verify the details for their completeness and correctness.
- If the request is not approved (fully), we will inform you accordingly.
- If the request is approved, our RMA department will email to you the RMA approval form with the RMA number and the required transport arrangements.
- If you are an authorised and approved customer of Avnet Technology Solutions with a login ID and password for our Partner Portal, you can request the return of goods online using our eRMA tool, http://atseurope2.avnet.com/portal/
- If you are an authorised and approved customer of Avnet Technology Solutions but do not have a login ID and password for our Partner Portal yet, please request a login here or send an email to customerservice@avnet.com
