Internal Account Manager – SMB Commercial, Ref: UK-2011-204

Your responsibilities:
- Internal Account management is an important role with the Leeds Sales organisation.
- Ideal Candidate must be able to retain, grow and develop the existing account base.
- The individual will have day-to-day contact with all other areas of the business, i.e. Extenal sales, Product managers, Sales Admin and Finance.
- Daily tasks to include
- Calling and qualifying customers from our database
- Drive the sale of products and services of the group into customers
- Prospect and qualify accounts completely
- Handling/delegating technical quieries to increase knowledge
- Customer query reolution
- Ensuring all accounts are kept updated on all groups products and services
- Develop you own level of expertise both technically and commercially
- Maintain forecast/prospect
- Ensure the full and ongoing qualification and documentation of all accounts
- The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a larger team but must have initiative to manage own business unit on a daily basis
- Typical day will be internal, Telefone based, managing and developing a pipeline
- Motivated by success, and achievement
- Ability to spot opportunities and recruit any relevant resource from other business units within the group
- Ability to develop skills in order communicate and operate at all levels within an organization
- Aptitude to learn and develop within a fast moving environment in order to promote the USP's of dealing with our organization
- Ability to consistently execute and deliver on promises
- To be results orientated
- Ability to work on your own and part of a team
