Internal Account Manager – SMB Commercial, Ref: UK-2011-204


location: Bracknell

Your responsibilities:
  • Internal Account management is an important role with the Leeds Sales organisation.
  • Ideal Candidate must be able to retain, grow and develop the existing account base.
  • The individual will have day-to-day contact with all other areas of the business, i.e. Extenal sales, Product managers, Sales Admin and Finance.
  • Daily tasks to include
    • Calling and qualifying customers from our database
    • Drive the sale of products and services of the group into customers
    • Prospect and qualify accounts completely
    • Handling/delegating technical quieries to increase knowledge
    • Customer query reolution
    • Ensuring all accounts are kept updated on all groups products and services
    • Develop you own level of expertise both technically and commercially
    • Maintain forecast/prospect
    • Ensure the full and ongoing qualification and documentation of all accounts
  • The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a larger team but must have initiative to manage own business unit on a daily basis
  • Typical day will be internal, Telefone based, managing and developing a pipeline

  • Ability to develop skills in order communicate and operate at all levels within an organization
  • Aptitude to learn and develop within a fast moving environment in order to promote the USP's of dealing with our organization
