To start accessing the new tool in the Smart Portal:

1. Login to the HP Smart Portal using your regular portal User ID and password.
2. Make sure you have access to The Learning Center and have accepted the Terms and Conditions in the Smart Portal.
3. Go to Train & Certify in the left hand menu bar.
4. Under Resources section of the Train & Certify page, click the Certification Look-up Tool link to launch.

Start keeping track of your certification requirements for your partner program. The new CLT allows you to consult, review, and report on your partner program certification and learning criteria status in a quick and convenient way.
