Avnet Technology Solutions Showcases the Avaya Flare Experience

Avnet Technology Solutions UK, a solutions distribution leader and a business region of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT) announced today that it has invested £300,000 to enhance THE Resource centres in its Bracknell and Warrington locations.  The technology enhancements make Avnet one of the first distributors in the UK to showcase the complete Avaya product portfolio, as well as the only distributor in the North of England to currently showcase Avaya’s new touch screen technology —the exciting Avaya Flare Experience. 

The technology refresh incorporates the Avaya Flare Experience backed up by installations of Communications Manager, Communications Server 1000 and application servers, all underpinned by Avaya’s Data and WLAN Technologies. Avnet has also taken the opportunity to install a number of IP Office 500 units to enable IP Office sales and technical training courses to be presented in Bracknell and Warrington. Avaya’s Agile Communications Environment will be installed in the next few months.
