BakBone Announces European-Wide Distribution Agreement with Avnet

BakBone to Widen Its Channel Through New, Strategic Partnership

READING, UK, 19 November 2007 : BakBone Software® (BKBO.PK), a global provider of heterogeneous, integrated data protection solutions, today announced it has entered into a partnership with Avnet Technology Solutions (ATS), allowing the distributor to offer BakBone’s entire product line to its resellers across Europe. Avnet Technology Solutions is an operating group of Avnet, Inc., one of the world's largest distributor of electronic components, enterprise computing products and embedded technology . Previous collaborations have created a strong relationship between the companies, making this agreement the next logical step.
