Installation and Startup Service
Complementing the HP Storage EVA product range, the HP EVA Disk Array Installation and Startup Service provides the necessary activities required to deploy the disk array into operation.
With the assistance of the IT storage administrator, an HP Services Specialist will engage in a discovery process designed to help understand your customer’s business and storage application needs, providing the groundwork to plan, design, and employ a customised storage array configuration.
The HP specialist will then apply the final customer-approved configuration, performing a suite of installation verification tests and customer orientation covering configuration and operation requirements of CV-EVA and the EVA disk array.
For ongoing support once the EVA is correctly installed and operational, HP Care Pack Services are available to provide 24x7 support, including:
Support Plus 24 (HA110A3)
This three year HP Care Pack is suitable for customers who do require 24x7 support on their hardware but feel proactive support is not essential.
Proactive 24 (HA111A3)
Where your customers have a requirement for higher levels of application availability then HP recommends Proactive 24 support.
