HP offers customers a range of licensing and subscription options. Customers can choose to purchase licenses outright and rely on HP for hosting and support services. Alternatively, customers can select an annual or monthly subscription agreement that bundles software, maintenance, and day-to-day support staff infrastructure costs together for one monthly fee.
HP currently supports more than 700 active SaaS subscriptions for IT Management customers, covering the management of 100 million pieces of data daily. The HP SaaS monitors over 600,000 business processes every 15 minutes. These services are enabled by 45 regional data centers worldwide.
