Terms & Conditions:
- Deal must close within 180 days of logging deal.
- Open licensing deal must transact through Avnet Technology Solutions (UK).
- Reseller may log a deal which may result in being transacted by Select or Enterprise Agreement through a Large Account Reseller. Avnet will provide the incentive to the reseller, upon receipt of Microsoft verification of the deal closing.
