Two Factor Authentication meets Self Help Password Reset 

SecurEnvoy has designed a two-factor authentication solution that connects the user to a self-help webpage, using a time-sensitive passcode delivered to their mobile phone. This 100% secure authentication method is in line with SecurEnvoy’s zero-footprint approach and hardware philosophy. There’s no need for additional devices or authentication tokens – simply the user and their mobile.

Once the passcode is received, the user connects with the webpage using secret information such as their employee number. Here, they simply enter a new password, and SecurPassword resets it in the Active Directory in real time.
