- Information intelligence
Data Classification Services (DCS) analyses Exchange email content and metadata to help determine the archiving and retention strategy for that message. This adds context and relevance to corporate information and enables customers to automate decisions based on the value of information. Custodian-based Searches enables Discovery Accelerator users to run searches based on content for a single custodian or set of custodians, which improves search performance and gives increased flexibility.
- Information Governance
Social Media Archiving captures and archives corporate social content such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn - ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting valuable data. Collection from SharePoint Wikis & Blogs has been introduced, enabling customers to collect conversations and information for comprehensive eDiscovery.
- Information Infrastructure
Faster Search & Increased Performance is now available with the introduction of new 64-bit indexing engine, improving scalability, flexibility and end-user transparency / access to legacy indexes. Enterprise Vault 10 is integrated with the latest version of Symantec’s N8300 NAS platform – enabling customers to store archived information to Symantec appliances. File System Archiving customers can deploy filters that integrated with Enterprise Vault File System Archiving, enabling advanced decisions archiving decisions to be made based on the content of the file – not just meta-data. Enterprise Vault Discovery Collector can now collect from Microsoft SharePoint Wikis, Blogs & Lists.
