Symantec™ Control Compliance Suite Response Assessment Manager 10.5 adds flexibility to the creation of RAM questionnaires. Questions can incorporate rich media, introductory text and customization. Welcome and summary pages can be added to questionnaires. New APIs enable automation of RAM workflows, and integration with Symantec™ Data Loss Prevention facilitates targeted security awareness training.

Symantec™ Control Compliance Suite Response Assessment Manager (RAM) automates the assessment of non-programmatic controls. CCS RAM manages the manual assessment process from questionnaire creation and distribution to analysis of response data. CCS RAM features rich regulatory and framework content to facilitate controls coverage. Manual attestations complement the technical assessments provided in CCS.
Upgrade Information:
Free of Charge: Existing CCS RAM 10.0 customers under valid maintenance agreements are entitled to upgrade to the corresponding CCS 10.5 RAM Base and/or user pack(s).

Symantec™ Control Compliance Suite (CCS) Response Assessment Manager Automates the creation, distribution and collection of attestation evidence for procedural controls to meet both regulatory and internal compliance mandates. It offers out-of-the-box coverage for over 60 regulations, frameworks and best practices translated into 120 sample questionnaires. Survey responses can be tracked in one central repository including acceptances, exceptions and clarification requests. These responses can be scored according to pre-defined compliance criteria and deficiencies ranked based on risk allowing organizations to prioritize remediation efforts. CCS Response Assessment Manager improves overall risk and compliance posture by facilitating more frequent procedural controls assessments without driving up costs.
