What’s New:
X.509 Certificate Delivery. This feature provides external users with the ability to receive encrypted messages to their email client using open standards for secure messaging. External recipients can log into Web Messenger to create a X.509 key-pair, which can be downloaded and imported in their email client. Email messages from the internal users will then be encrypted to the X.509 certs (Universal Server/Gateway Email has stored the X.509 certificates) and sent to the external recipients. The encrypted email messages can then be decrypted by the external recipients’ email client applications.
PDF Secure Reply. Allows the external recipients to securely reply to their PDF Messenger-delivered email messages, thus offers a true two-way secure communications to meet the compliance requirements of local storage for security, records retention, legal discovery, and auditing and accounting.
